Develops business for internal accounts
Acts as single point of contact of clients, representing the client to operations and represents operations to the client;
Thinks ahead of the clients anticipating their future needs to continuously look for opportunities for the company;
Maintains good relationship with the clients;
Manages implementation of new or changing requirements of clients;
Explains the client's evolving requirements both to operations and its support teams, with the end in view of helping the company exceed client expectations;
Provides billing details to Treasury and assist in collecting Accounts Receivable from their respective clients;
Responsible for creating, monitoring and following thru the detailed project plan until delivery of the project, ensuring that all support teams are able to deliver based in project timelines.
